About Us

Nestled within 30 000 hectares of pristine wilderness, our lodge is a sanctuary where luxury meets the wild. Just 40 minutes from Hoedspruit, we invite you to embark on a journey into the heart of the Greater Kruger, a realm where the big five roam freely, and the air is filled with the melodies of abundant birdlife.

At Klipspringer, we offer an escape from the ordinary, with a main lodge featuring four en-suite double/twin rooms and two private bush villas. The lodge can accommodate a group of up to 12 guests.

Our self-catering accommodations, cradled by two majestic 'koppies,' provide a haven where you can immerse yourself in the lush garden or witness passing wildlife at the waterhole from your private deck.

Whether it’s relaxing around the pool, going for a walk through the bush with one of our skilled guides or taking advantage of our sought-after photography hide, there is no daily schedule at Klipspringer and the only requirement is to make treasured memories.

Our name is more than a label - it's a connection to the enchanting Klipspringer family that calls the rocky ‘koppie’ behind our haven home.

In the heart of the Selati Game Reserve, our namesakes, the Klipspringers, add a touch of magic to the landscape. Living in monogamous pairs, these elusive creatures are a testament to the captivating tales of the African wilderness. Imagine this: a solitary Klipspringer, poised atop a rock, standing still against the backdrop of the untamed wilderness. But the story doesn't end there. Look a little closer, and you'll unveil the partner, almost perfectly camouflaged nearby.
